Bicycle Inspiration Card - CPS 5th Anniversary Day 1 Sketch Challenge

Another great sketch from CSP for the 5th Anniversary Celebration. This is the Day 1 Sketch. For this I decided to make a feminine inspirational card. I stamped the bicycle using brown ink and then embossed with clear powder. I love this stamp -- it is from the $1 collection at Jo-Ann Fabrics! I also added some words cut from the Junk Drawer collection by Cosmo Cricket and then stampled the sentiments on the blue pattern cardstock. Some simply ribbon from Grandma Hildie's collection was the final touch that made the card!

Butterfly Card using "Oh Hello Flutter" SVG set from Lettering Delights

This is a great butterfly card that can be used for any occasion! The striped paper is from a great 12 x 12 pad that Amy Butler made for K&Company called "Lotus". The orange and blue patterned papers are out of the "Joy Ride" 6x6 stack from Cosmo Cricket. I added some silver twine from my Grandma Hildie's collection and pop-dotted the butterfly after adding some jewels to her (yes, the butterfly is a "her"!)

The butterfly was cut using the "Oh Hello Flutter" svg set from Lettering Delights. I then embossed it with the D'Vine Swirl folder from Cuttlebug and also sprayed it with the Perfect Pearls Shimmer Mist from Ranger.

Create with your Kids - Amelie's Accessories

My friend Christy and her daughter Maddy came over to scrapbook and we decided to try out my new kit from SVGcuts called Amelie's Accessories. Christy made the purse and Maddy made the Eiffel tower box. We used the Amy Butler's Lotus Tea Box paper pack for both.

Happy Birthday card

This card came about as a way to use a flower stamp from my Grandma's stamp collection. I used glitter embossing powder and a clear embossing stamp with the pad. I also used the Sizzix purse and a "happy birthday" embossing folder to make the brown background. The pattern cardstock is from my fave paper pack from K&Company: the Amy Butler line.

"Hello" Card

Hello, Hello! I made 4 identical "Hello" cards yesterday. I needed to try out my new "Vintage Label" punch and also use some fibers I got this week. The polka dots on the green, pink, and gray cardstocks were made using clear embossing powder and a polka dot stamp. Each strip was 1 1/2 inches wide and 4 inches tall. I also decorative edge-punched the gray end piece.

The patterned paper was a thoughtful gift from my sister, Emily. We love hunting Michael's from great clearance - this design was in a 24 pack of 12 x 12 sheets. They were such a great deal she got one for both my mom and me!

I finished the card with a "Hello" sentiment that I stamped on pink and cream paper I punched using the vintage label punch from McGill. I also sprayed the cream oval with the Perfect Pearls spray from Ranger to add an overall shimmer. Although I kept the spray about 12 inches away it still was a little thick on this small piece of cardstock.
